I have just recently gotten back into logging my meals and gotten serious about weight loss. I would love to have a few friends on here to help me along the way and help me stay motivated. I'll take all the friends I can get!
Can anyone give me some EASY healthy dinner recipes that don't take long to make? It's not that i can't cook, its that i just don't like to. Any advice would be great. I am not looking for anything fancy either. Just simple, tasty, and healthy. Thanks!
