I'm a bit late starting this challenge. But this is my goal to lose 30#. I just don't seem to be losing as quickly as it says I'm supposed to according to the calorie intake and exercise. But I'm not giving up. My goal was 30# by July. But I don't see this happening. If it takes a bit longer its OK just hoping it happens.…

Weighing in
I'm a little discouraged. I stayed under my calories a little all week. I exercised at least 30 min. Or more 6 days last week and I gained a pound. I'm going to sick with it. But it was a bit upsetting seeing that today :(
