I'm a little discouraged. I stayed under my calories a little all week. I exercised at least 30 min. Or more 6 days last week and I gained a pound. I'm going to sick with it. But it was a bit upsetting seeing that today :(

    You're going to have to look at long term trends...body weight fluctuates for a myriad of reasons. I'm up 4 Lbs from yesterday for example... I did a new cycling workout yesterday that blasted my legs so now I'm holding onto more water to aid in repair of the damaged tissue.
