Back so many times, I've lost count; don't even know how to begin (a bit long)
In Nov. 2015 I had L4/L5/S1 fusion. I was a weightlifter before that, but oddly, I did not get injured in the gym. I have degenerative disc disease in my lumbar and in my neck, C2-C6 inclusive.
