After continuously updating my foods, I've found that I have a troubling sugar issue. A large majority of my calories come from desserts. I've found that my daily cup of coffee has 40g of sugar, alone. Does anyone else have an issue with sugar? What is your advice on keeping caffeine while ridding of high sugar?
