Just curious if anyone at some point was not seeing a drop on the scale and changed something and started seeing results?? Like drinking more water, eating more, etc?

Hello, so I had knee surgery about 7 years ago (tore my acl and had to tares in my miniscus) Anyhow here recently I have been have pain/soreness, and I can tell my knee is swollen and tight. Does anyone use compression sleeves for working out? Do you think they might help?
