Sometimes after having a successful calorie deficit day (in line w/ my Mfp goals), I am hungry at bedtime, or wake up hungry in the middle of the night. I've never been here before. I'm a teacher & mom with 3 small children. I went into my first pregnancy super fit and came out of my last (about 3 years later) with about 60 extra pounds.
