Intermittent Fasting
I have been looking into intermittent fasting. Has anyone tried it. I have second thought only because people say that it slows down your metabolism. Is that true. I have a very slow metabolism and can't afford having it slow down any more. I need advise on how to boost the metabolism. Any feedback on this would be great

What do you do when you feel like giving up?
I have had lots of patience. Keep saying to myself you will see a big drop one day. Well that day still didn't come. I just want to loose 1lb a week and not even doing that. I am tracking exactly what I eat and my exercise. I am within my target. So what is it?????

120lb to loose
Here I go. Today is the day. I am finally on side with a healthy eating program. Hopefully I can stick to it. I am short of breath even when I walk or talk. Not good at all. It's time. I am writing my feelings for the first time ever on social media. I am hoping this keeps me on track. Thank you everyone for listening.

Need motivation
I am finally seriously thinking of loosing weight for a healthy lifestyle. Usually these are just words for me. I binge eat and snack at night. I really need to loose 110 lbs for next summer. It is always great to read the community notes. Thank you everyone for being on this site.

I feel depressed and unsucessful
I keep trying to loose weight but don't seem to be able to commit. Anyone have a word of advise. I feel like a looser right now
