Nike metcon Dsx flyknits?
Anyone have any experience with these? I want to get them for bootcamp style workouts such as all types of squats, burpees, push-ups, minimal running, jump rope, and free weights

Leg fatigue ?
I've been doing a bootcamp about 3-4 times per week and even when I took a week off my thighs and calves are fatigued.. always. I don't feel sore but when I start to do a leg exercise it's like they are so stiff and they almost burn right away and can't do as many reps as normal. Any suggestions or input?

How many calories for weight loss?
I know everyone has different calorie needs but I'm so confused on how many I should really be aiming for. I workout at a bootcamp about every other day (recently started) and I'm also breastfeeding so that's about 500 calories a day extra. I'm not really losing any weight and am so confused on what to even aim for,…
