Can people share their workout plans or direct me to where there’s a thread about them! I’m trying to go to the gym again but find myself going to the same routine every time instead of mixing it up. Has anyone tried any meal supplement shakes, preferably the ones you make yourself with powder and water? Any recomedations on which ones help you? Been looking at the cute powders and thinking of trying them if anyone has tried those ones?

Extremes.
I go from overeating to undereating very easily. Neither of which is healthy. But it's so much easier to go to the extremes rather than to go healthy.
