Anyone cutting out carbs as much as possible?
I have tried to eliminate as many carbs as possible. I don't eat breads of any kind, pasta, baked goods, fruit"diabetic" the list could go on forever. I do eat some carbs from veggies everyday. I don't he high carb veggies. I would love to stay under 20 carbs a day but end up between 25-35 everyday. Have a great day
