Alittle about me. I'm 49 years old, female. Married with 1 son. Beginning of March I started watching all carb I eat. I WI on mondays...I started at 301 highest weight ever. As of last Monday I have lost 23lbs. Down to 278

I camp with my mom on Thur-Sunday so I can stay on track really well than but when I'm on my own I seem to fall off the wagon, pretty bad sometimes. Seems like Monday are pretty good, Tuesday I fall off pretty bad, it seems I will eat everything in sight the more the carbs the better it seems. Wed I try very hard to get back on track. That one day of Binge eating seems to add a couple lbs to the scale that I have to lose again. I walk at campground about 2 miles a day when I'm at home I don't seem to do it, I babysit a 3 1/2 year old on the days I'm home until 5p at night so that don't leave me much time to get dinner which I pre make so I can eat before 6p, by the time I'm home I'm to tired to do much, I do have some health issues which I'm hoping the weight loss will help.
