Too much Weight Fluctuations
Hi, i am on diet from last 45-50 days, doing workout 2 hours from last 28 days. my problem is i gained 1.6kg(3.5lbs) in just 3 days, but i didn't eat anything with high calories, i keep my calories intake under 1500 and in 3 days my calories intake was not more than 1400 each day, still my weighting scale showing i gained…
