For the last week, I have doing OMAD for a week Monday - Friday and I want to do it better. Lose weight faster. I thought of doing a water fast but it seems to hard. Does anyone do OMAD for breakfast?
Once fat adapted, I was thinking of doing a low carb keto at 800 calories a day. Somewhere I read that if I am fat adapted then this would accelerate weight loss. Has anyone tried this?
