Starting OMAD

For the last week, I have doing OMAD for a week Monday - Friday and I want to do it better. Lose weight faster. I thought of doing a water fast but it seems to hard.


Does anyone do OMAD for breakfast?

    I do OMAD for dinner. Weight has come off slowly and steadily and I keep track of nutrient levels with chronometer app. Honestly a water fast can put your body in starvation mode and you'll end up burning muscle, not fat. I'm not a doctor though, so take it as you will. It's a great way to shrink your stomach for future OMAD but just regularly doing OMAD will do that too
