I have a serious question....when I am writing down my meals in the food diary do I need to write down every single thing that was used to cook the meal? For example, tonight I cooked a beef roast. I added a jar of home canned tomatoes, onion and several spices. Does all of that need to be listed separately? I usually…

I thought that eggs were high in protein??? My diary is telling me there is no protein in eggs and that they are high in carbs? Someone please explain.

Day 2, this is gonna be harder than I thought
Just realized that what I thought of as a high protein diet is not nearly good enough and unknowingly ate more carbs than I realized. This is not gonna be easy. I will appreciate all the motivation I can get!
