Eh what? Keto rage on Facebook?
I got kicked out of a large keto Facebook group for questioning the logic of eating 800osh calories and not eating back any exercise calories at all. Holy crap-burgers. Why are these groups always fully of super weird people? They all seem so millitant! Think I'll just stay here...you all seem lovely!
