Hello- Relatively new to MFP. Any other "Fun Old Broads" out there on a weight loss journey? LOL smiley: On doctor's recommendation I started a ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago. I'm showing markers of insulin resistance as well as starting menopausal symptoms starting. So fun! I'm 55 and I've got 25lbs to loose.
