Protein, carbs and fat
I've been on MFP for almost a month. Like the results. What I have found however is that I have a tendency to go over my limit on protein but stay within the fat, carb and caloric daily limits. If I'm 18 grams over on protein any given day but have fat, carb grams and calories to spare.... does that balance off? Probably…
