Am i doing to much???
I am frustrated. I have been on my weight loss journey for almost a year now and have lost 43 pds but, i feel as if i am stuck! I work out 6 days a week. I power walk anywhere from 2 miles -4 miles a day and i use my excercise bike for 30 mins. I watch what i eat and always stay under my calorie goal but, i am barely…
