Tricking metabolism
So i am just switching in to mfp from ww! I started ww at 270lbs and am now 212 so just about 60 down! But am at a bit of plateau and am not satisfied on ww anymore! Mfp puts me at 1330 cals per day! What do you guys do ? Always hit your calories the same everyday ? Shouldnt we fluctuate it somehow to trick our metabolisms…

How much sugar per day ?
I ate 33g sugar today as it shows on my nutrition profile for today! It says my goal is 50 ??? Isnt 50 high ? Can someone explain those nutrition goals to me because that seems high! I thought we are to eat no more than 25g per day of sugar

Frustrated gain despite effort
Sooo frustrated. I just had a week where I sveraged 1700 calories a day. I had a week calorie decicit of just shy of 7000. I did walking and went for a hike. I had really good activity the past week. I ended up gaining well over a pound instead of losing. It just makes me feel like my efforts are for nothing so now this…

Down 45 pounds
Hey guys. I am new to MFP. I go to weight watchers and have lost 45lbs in past 7.5 months. I decided to switch from points to MFP and see how I do. I am from BC. Mom of 2 grown up teens 17 and 19 !!

Should we eat our exercise calories ?
I am set to eat 1360 cal per day. When i exercise my fitbit earns me more calories. I was doing weight watchers and on their program they discourage eating exercise "points". But they do give us a weekly pool of points to use as we choose. I am down 45pounds on ww. Now switching to mfp i am not sure if i should be eating…
