Hi everyone! Hope you guys are having week so far. I've had a setback this week, not going to be able to excersize the way for a little while due to an injury. Definitely not good for the motivation, but I'm still staying on plan foodwise. That's a plus. :)

Music to walk to.....
I'm just starting to include some daily exercise into my routine...today was my first day, just walking. I can't do it without music. What do you guys listen to to keep yourself motivated during your workouts, while walking or running?
