Ladies, I'm 5'5", athletic/muscular build. I have my daily calorie goal set at 1200. Wondering if that is doable? Or is it too low? It seems hard to stay below that. Or maybe I just have to make some dietary changes and that is a reasonable amount to stay within to promote weight loss. thanks for any input!
