My goal is to lose a lot of fat , mainly in my big fat beer belly , 2100 calories a day has been set by the app and going to do a 40/30/30 , should I still deduct 500 calories or just don’t eat more than the 2100 calories a day , than you for you help

If my activity is from medium to high , I am trying to lose a lot of body fat , should I eat more than 2500 calories a day , this means good calories
