Fitbit not working
My Fitbit isn't syncing to the app it says check if it's already connected to another device and disconnect the Fitbit app is on my computer so I tried to disconnect Fitbit from mfp on my phone but nothing is happening when I hit disconnect help! All my steps from today have gone to 0 as well :/

Adjusting your activity level
So on days my kids are at school I average over 10k steps but on days they are at home I don't get anywhere near that should I adjust my activity level accordingly or just leave it at one setting?

Just ate a whole bar of chocolate
Just ate a whole bar of Oreo peanut butter sent my calories into the red guess I'm not having any tea tonight grrr resistant at the restaurant deserts section just to cave at home but at least I can log the chocolate bar I would have had no idea how many calories were in the things at the restaurant

Confused custard powder
So I have a packet of custard power weight 75g it says it's 65cals per 100g and 109cals per 167g portion but all you add to it is water so how does that work shouldn't it just be X calories per packet no matter how much water you add???
