Predicted loss V actual loss
So I got a new fitbit strap on the 30th of April and I crunched the numbers yesterday and according to CICO I should have lost 10.8lbs since the 30th April actual loss 6.6lbs can someone help me with the maths to figure out how far out my fitbit is please so I can adjust?

I have done frozen chips it say x amount per x amount of g how many calories do I add of for cooking them in a deep fat fryer? I am unable to weigh the deep fat dryer before or after and its myself and my partner having them?

Wow: wore my fitbit to work

Have MFP & FITBIT fallen out again
So this morning I had my normal -adjustment then after my walk I earned calories for my 13k steps then it got taken away again now I've got way too many like over 800 for 14k steps it was around 500 what is going on?

Being ill and unable to exercise
So ATM I'm battling a cold/flu type thing and finding myself wanting to eat all the things :( however just doing the school run is taking it out of me so my question is... should I force myself to exercise in order to be able to eat more or rest and just try to ignore the hunger/illness cravings?
