So I went to a food festival on Sunday and was given some habanero chilli cheese sauce it has no nutritional information on the label and when I scan the barcode a chilli cheese sauce comes up that is apparently 45cals per tbsp with no other macros in it so that can't be right. How do I log it. It's really nice so I can see me having it often. Help

why cant it be right ... its going to be dairy fat mixed with oil to keep it runny .... with a tiny bit of capsicum

its going to be somewhere between 35kcal if its pure cheese to 120kcal if its pure oil ... 45kcal is believable

What she is talking about is that there is no nutritional info to enter (fat, protein etc.)

No there is no nutritional information on the jar I have so I searched for a similar products and only found 2 that come close one of them says 45cal per tbsp but says it doesn't have protein fats or carbs in so surely that can't be a accurate entry
