Following my holiday I've really been struggling to watch what I eat. I've upped my gym sessions and naturally I'm finding myself more hungry. I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to how to get back into logging every single thing I eat and how to start losing some of this holiday weight again?
I'm going on holiday for the entire of July (finish exams this Friday and so am celebrating a long summer off before starting work in September)- for the first week I'm in an all inclusive, then for the next 3 weeks I'll be able to cook some of my own food but still will be visiting restaurants etc with all of my family.…
I've been eating really well for the past few weeks, and at about 1200 calories a day- I've also been doing 30 mins of cardio every day and one weight training session a week. My weight is not changing at all, Im stuck at what I started at, and this morning I even gained a pound! Help!
