What are some good cardio exercises or workouts I can do at home for about 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a week only?
I heard that alternate day IF (fasting every other day) can be good for weight loss and health? Just wondering if anyone has any tips for this? I don't have a lot of time in a day and can only spare about 5-10 minutes a day for workouts and I'm not really in shape either so even cardio for 5 minutes kills me. Just wondering if anyone knows the best short cardio workout for losing weight?
