I don't have a lot of time in a day and can only spare about 5-10 minutes a day for workouts and I'm not really in shape either so even cardio for 5 minutes kills me. Just wondering if anyone knows the best short cardio workout for losing weight?

Fork putdowns and table pushaways. You're not going to accomplish anything significant as far as calorie burn or fitness in 5-10 minutes, so focus on your calorie intake and make sure you're staying within your goals.

    calorie deficit.

if you don't currently exercise, 5-10 minutes of walking is better than nothing, but you might want to look at increasing that.

130 lbs and only taking in around 1,100 to the normal 1,200 calories a day, by the way. Thank you!

Short workouts aren't going to produce much in the way of calorie burns and you are supposed to eat back exercise calories anyway.
Exercise for fitness, health and making your deficit more sustainable.

Look at building activity into your normal day, avoidance of sitting down basically!

That is not very much food. Assuming you are making good food choices, I would not reduce calorie intake. Not at all. 5-10 minutes per day is very short but if you can fit in a 10 minute walk or jog that includes some stair climbing, that would be a good start.

If you can extend your time to 25 mins then Shaun T's T25 is a good workout. It also has a modifier for the moves so that you can build up your fitness level without having to go straight in!
