Hello, friends. I joined MyFitnessPal on May 28, 2017, and enter my foods and exercises religiously. Now, it has been 2 months. I dieted before May 28 because I gained 35 pounds over the winter. Just signed up. Had a bad depressing winter. Gained 40 pounds because of medicine I am on. So far, lost 25. Can't wait until I feel comfortable in a bathing suit.
