Losing so slowly!

Hello, friends. I joined MyFitnessPal on May 28, 2017, and enter my foods and exercises religiously. Now, it has been 2 months. I dieted before May 28 because I gained 35 pounds over the winter. Reasons: a daily high dose of methadone, depression, loneliness, and boredom.

Happily, I learned the calorie value of foods. Walking, arm curls, yoga, and crunches are my exercises. Managed to cut the methadone dose by 2/3. I've gone dancing recently and will go again. I play guitar and just bought a new Yamaha acoustic. Thank you, My Fitness Pal!

My weight loss is so slow. My clothes fit better but not all of them. 15 years ago, I was extreme, very fat 248 pounds after another tour in the joint on psych meds that I don't need. Aw, heck, I am happy.

I hope to meet some women who like me and I'm back to college in the fall. I am 65.

I will stop complaining because everything is heading in a positive direction.
