Eating more but still losing weight.
So I went from 200 pounds to 170 which was my goal weight. Changed that data in the app to maintain that weight and started eating more calories per day. I'm still losing weight and am down to 165. Not saying it's a bad thing but was wondering if anyone else has this issue.

Chad from bauxite Arkansas. Started in march. I've lost 31 pounds. I've met my goal weight of 170 pounds. Haven't weighed that since high school. I'm 50 years old and feel great. Now to put on muscle.

30 pounds gone.
50 year old male here. Didn't realize how out of shape I was until I stepped onto the scale by accident and I about fainted with what I saw. Was 212 pounds at 6ft. I've never been that heavy.
