Should I go down from 1600cal to 1300cal?
Hi guys! So I'm being a bit impatient with my weight loss I guess... it takes me about 3 weeks to see a drop on the scale. I've lost 7kg/15lbs in just over 3 months... so all in all it works out to about a pound per week, which I know is a decent effort. I'd prefer to lose 2lbs/1kg a week though. I've been doing about…

Slooooow weight loss
Ok so i only just started tracking my weight loss in here, but 70 days ago i weighed 92kg (202lbs) and now I weigh 88 (i was 87 last week but its gone up!) Before i started tracking the diet was pretty similar. Can someone take a look at my diary and make any suggestions? Weight loss seems slow considering.... is it?
