I want to cut out junk food entirely. How might I do that without feeling the urge to binge? Junk food and any other form of carbs are the reason I'm gaining. Plus I eat a lot of fast food.
I'm 5'3 as well. I want to lose weight and fast but how could I do that? Such as what workouts and what meals to eat.
I want to become a better version of myself. I want to lose weight, and once I reach my goal I want to continue my healthy lifestyle. I'm excited but a little motivation won't hurt.
