I have started walking and am up to doing about 2 miles or so a day. Should I do one longer walk (approx. 2 miles) or would I see more benefit from splitting it up and walking a mile in the morning and a mile in the late afternoon/evening? Is it bad to set your weekly goal
weight loss at less than you really want to lose so you don't ever go over your calorie allotment for the day? I am short so if I set my goal at 2 lbs a week, MPF gives me 1210 calories a day.
