Does anybody have ideas about avoiding snaking and staying healthy???
I've never liked my body and I don't feel confident in it at all and was wondering if anybody has advice about working out and eating healthy. I've tried to get into shape before. It I've never been so discouraged.
About 5 months ago I lost about 10 pounds and I kept it off for a while, but now I'm gaining the weight back and I'm becoming really discouraged.... any advice?
Been using this app for a while, but only recently discovered community!
