I LOVE doing cardio like running, elliptical, and stair master and I've been trying to eat at a definite but I keep snacking which is so frusturating

Yup! I keep track of everything that I eat and try to be as honest as possible. I did just get home from college where I walk about 10,000 steps each day and now that I'm home for the summer I'm not walking even close to that amount so do you think it might be that?
