I've never liked my body and I don't feel confident in it at all and was wondering if anybody has advice about working out and eating healthy. I've tried to get into shape before. It I've never been so discouraged.

You've gotta learn to love yourself first.
Are you wanting to lose weight? If so, eat at a calorie deficit. Try adding in new fruits and vegetables.
What kind of exercise do you like? It should be somewhat enjoyable.0 -
I LOVE doing cardio like running, elliptical, and stair master and I've been trying to eat at a definite but I keep snacking which is so frusturating

What are your stats and what is your goal?0

As of this morning I weigh 140 and would love to get down to 1300

Set your goal to half a pound a week. You don't have to eat healthy to lose weight, but of course it's great for how you feel. Along with whatever cardio you choose, start working on some strength or resistance training to preserve your muscle and give you a better body shape.2
