Hello, but about me 28 male, looking to loose body fat then gain muscle in the long term. I weight 206lbs I fluctuate 2-4lbs a day. Feb of this year I was 235. I lost the first 30lbs by eating healthy and playing more hockey. My goal is to get down to 180lbs. So to loose the next 25lbs I figure I need to start lifting…
