Help Understanding Macros
So I am 3 weeks in my weight loss journey so far I am 4lbs down. My short goal is 30lbs but my real goal is 70lbs. I have been clean eating, Drinking 65oz or more of water MFP gave me a calorie goal of 1200. which at first thought it was low.
