I stopped working out but got a new job on my feet all day and was surprised to see I've lost weight. I've been eating the same I think... maybe less but this is a nice surprise. Lol just in time for summer. Feb 8th to April 17th

3 month progress update
April 1st to June 5th. I'm so excited to start seeing definition in my core, especially under my chest. I can see the outer sides really toning down too. :) So happy to keep going.

May 12th to May 16th Update
It has only been 4 days and I already see progress. I'm so excited to keep going. Tonight I'm doing my weekly measurements so I'll update those later. Fingers crossed for another inch lost, I'll see. :)

1 Month Progress
I started my workout journey in early April. I have been working out at home using Chloe Tings, getfitbyivana and Pamela Reifs workouts. Focusing on the ab/butt and cardio. I started with 20 minutes and now do 30 minutes 4-5 days a week and sometimes a 30 minute walk as well. I have lost 5 inches total in my waist/ stomach…
