I started my workout journey in early April. I have been working out at home using Chloe Tings, getfitbyivana and Pamela Reifs workouts. Focusing on the ab/butt and cardio. I started with 20 minutes and now do 30 minutes 4-5 days a week and sometimes a 30 minute walk as well.

I have lost 5 inches total in my waist/ stomach so far and can finally fit into my pre-summer shorts. I am so excited to continue and just wanted to show my progress for now. My goal is to be fit for summer, fingers crossed.

    Hey! Awesome work! Keep up with the motivation! In my case I'm focusing in food and calories and only doing 30 mins of yoga every day but I think I can start with workouts, too. Maybe a couple of days a week :blush: you got me in the right track of motivation wuju
