Has anyone tried the DASH diet?
Hi All I've just been told I have high cholesterol 7.2 , I'm 68 not overweight & I thought healthy so am a bit shocked and scared . My Dr has recommended the DASH diet has anyone tried it ? Got any views/tips ? Natalie
