Weight loss before muscle gaining????!
Do you need to be at a certain BMI before your body can start building muscle? As in do you need to become skinny before bulking? I'm 5'5 and 129lbs and I'm working on gaining muscle , however I feel if I lost just a little more weight in fat I'd have more success with it.

Vegan foods/meal prep suggestions????
I've recently went fully plant based and i want to hear from vegans only about the types of foods and meals they eat throughout the week. I've been eating mostly vegetables, fruits and pastas. I just feel I'm more snacking here and there rather than eating meals. I get most of my protein from protein shakes and smoothies

Dairy???
Half the information I get on dairy says its healthy to make part of your diet the other half says cut dairy out. Thoughts?
