Hi All! These forums have been a great source of info. I thought I would finally chime in here after my first 30 days. I've lost 6 lbs by changing my eating which feels like normal now and walking (& inclines) 5-8 kms per day. The first 7-10 days the diet had its challenges but it's good now.
