I think it's normal to have off days, or harder days than others. How long have you been tracking and using MFP? Tell me more about your diet and if you follow and exercise routine etc. Chin up, just keep pushing ahead. Two good meals in a day is better than three bad ones, right? Don't be hard on yourself

I found it a challenge the first 7-10 days. Protein, drinking lots of water and keeping raw veggies ready in the fridge helped. I found that it wasn't enough some days and had to increase my intake. Meal prepping makes such a big difference. I also make mason jar salads which stay fresh for 2-3 days because of the glass jars and I chop up fresh veggies and make 6-7 mixed veggie bags to take to work.

I hear you about the 40's thing. I am following the 1200 cal as well, but I try to make sure I'm reaching my daily protein goal and that helps with hunger.

Does intermittent fasting help you significantly with weight loss? I'm on day 2 of 16/8 fasting, but have been sticking to 1200 cal per day.
