Just found this group in late Aug but I have lost 35lbs since April 15. I am an apple shape holding too much in tummy & boobs & back....I am feeling so much better but wishing I could lose in upper body.I workout 5 days a week and walk everyday 10,000 steps. Looking for some support it gets harder as you go along journey!…
Hi All, This is the longest I have stuck with my fitness pal. I usually do WW but I am have been doing this for 20days & its working lost 11 lbs! I didn't realize how fat I got because I avoided mirrors ! I need to lose 80lbs! Seems to be working I am eatting under my calories.
