Just found this group in late Aug but I have lost 35lbs since April 15. I am an apple shape holding too much in tummy & boobs & back....I am feeling so much better but wishing I could lose in upper body.I workout 5 days a week and walk everyday 10,000 steps. Looking for some support it gets harder as you go along journey!

Good luck to you and smooth sailing. It took a long time before I had significant loss in the more problem areas, but it is worth the long haul. It's where we put it on first is where it comes off last.1
