How do you drink alcohol in moderation while calorie counting? This will be the first time since my journey that I would want to have a drink or two. Do I let my hair down or be the party pooper???

400-500 cal burn daily, but no weight loss!!!
Am I being to hard on myself? In 2 weeks, I've managed to lose 3lbs. (Last week!) I do a lot of strength training, so do you think I'm gaining muscle? Or is it too soon to tell? I'm ssssooooo discouraged!
